　　PURPOSE目的

　　All Engineering associates working on heights must strictly adhere and comply with the safety procedures, to ensure no accidents and injuries.

　　所有高空工作的工程部员工必须严格坚持和遵守工作程序，以确保无事故发生及伤亡。

　　POLICY 政策

　　·Preparations for work:

　　准备工作

　　-  -Assistant Chief Engineer must make sure that the affected area supervisor is informed and prior permission granted.

　　助理工程师必须确保已 通知受影响区域的主管，并提前得到作业批准。

　　-  Work should be done with minimum disruption to guests and service personnel.

　　工作时应当将对客人和服务人员的影响降至最低。

　　·  Carry out work:

　　开展工作

　　-  Proper scaffolding/stage to be provided.

　　要提供适当的脚手架/梯子

　　- Rigid support enforced.

　　必须提供牢固的支撑

　　- Safety belt to be provided and worn.

　　提供安全带并确保穿戴正确

　　- Make sure working tools or items do not fall.

　　确保工具不会落下

　　- Work very carefully.

　　工作应非常小心

　　- Make sure there are enough labour and material to work on.

　　确保工作有足够的员工和材料

　　- Rash acts are not permitted.

　　鲁莽的行为是不允许的

　　- Safety regulations for working on height should be strictly observed.

　　应严格遵守高空作业的安全法规

　　·On completion:

　　完成后

　　- Make sure all tools are collected and job completed.

　　确保所有工具收集好，工作已完成

　　-Advise Housekeeping to clean up if necessary.

　　如有需要，通知客房部清理卫生

　　- Staging should be immediately taken down and kept properly.

　　梯子应该立即撤走并妥善保管

　　- Inform Assistant Chief Engineer and respective manager.

　　通知助理工程师和经理

　　·To continue work:

　　后续工作

　　- Make sure arrangement is made with area manager, through Assistant Chief Engineer.

　　确保工作安排是区域经理，通过助理工程师制定的

　　-  Make sure that there is no obstruction danger to others.

　　确保对他人不会造成危险
